Plantation Capital Limited as the Responsible Entity of the Passive Income (USA Commercial Property) Fund (the Fund) has recently updated the Fund’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP).
Beginning with the December 2019 distribution, Unitholders who participate in the DRP will receive a discount so that their units issued pursuant to the DRP will be priced at the equivalent prevailing redemption price at that time.
Unitholders currently participating in the DRP need not do anything.
Unitholders who receive their distributions in cash and who want to swap to reinvest their distributions pursuant to the DRP should complete a “Change of Details” form and mail it to Plantation Capital Ltd, PO Box 532, Canterbury, VIC. 3126 prior to 5pm on 19th December 2019.
