Sale Of Thornton Building

The sale of the office building at Thornton was completed today. We bought the property for $3.05m in August 2013 and sold the property for $3.975m in September 2016. The proceeds are earmarked for a redeployment with an industrial property in Atlanta currently under due diligence.
