PCL as the Responsible Entity of the Passive Income (USA Commercial Property) Fund recently reviewed the custodian services offered to the Fund and decided that it was in the best interests of all unit holders to transition to a newly appointed custodian.
Accordingly, the PDS dated 4 July 2018 has been amended by changing the name of the Custodian as it appears in section 11.3, the Application Form Checklist and in the Corporate Directory, from Sargon CT Pty Ltd ABN 12 106 424 088 to Perpetual Corporate Trust Limited ABN 99 000 341 533.
