I’m pleased to advise that phase one of the Investor Portal work is now complete.
The Investor Portal enables viewing and managing investor holdings securely, online. It is an effective and convenient way to access your investment details.
At this stage you will be able to view your investment holdings and download various reports including transactions and statements of your account.
To access the Investor Portal, you will need to log onto www.passiveincomefund.com and select the “Investor Portal” option included as part of the menu on top of the page.
This will take you to a secure log-in page where you will need to enter the following:
1. Unit Holder No. which is your Investor Code, starting with ‘I’;
2. Registered Email address; and
3. Your postcode
Once logged in, you’ll will be able to access a range of historical information unique to your investment, such as your annual tax statements, holding statements, distribution statements and periodic statements.
You will also be able to change personal details. For changes to the distribution payment method (reinvestment or cash option) and bank account details you will be requested to complete and send us an original of the signed Change of Details form, which is downloadable from the portal.
Please note the second phase of the portal development, which is still being worked on, will include property purchase and performance data. We will advise further details when available.
