April was a very busy month for the Fund with more than $5m on new investor and top up applications being received.
Clearly investors wanted to take advantage of the opportunity to get in ahead of the portfolio revaluation (due May & June). The Fund is now at approx $46.5m in unitholder funds – a mere $3.5m away from the $50m goal.
All investors need to note that the Fund will be stop accepting new and top up applications after 30 June 2014.
