Plantation Capital Ltd as the Responsible Entity of the Passive Income (USA Commercial Property) Fund (Fund) recently declared a distribution of 13.0 cents per unit.

This distribution will be paid in cash (i.e. no reinvestment), and will be deposited by EFT into your nominated bank account. If your banking details have changed recently, then please update them asap via the investor portal:

Your Fund team is currently working on finalising the Fund’s year end accounting reports ahead of processing your distribution. At this time we anticipate paying your distribution on the 27th January 2023.
