The process to transfer your units has the following four steps.
Step 1: Unit Transfer Form
The first step is to download, print and complete the unit transfer form.
You will need to:
- write the names of the Transferor (disposing investor) and the Transferee (acquiring investor);
- write number of units you want to transfer;
- write the per unit price at which you wish to transfer the units (for reference, the monthly unit redemption price is published here); and
- write in the total amount of the consideration.
Remember that the form must be signed by the Transferor and Transferee.
Step 2: Application
If the Transferee is an existing investor, please write the investor number at the bottom of the form where indicated.
If the Transferee is not an existing investor in the Fund, a new application form will need to be downloaded and completed, and certified identification will be required (see Step 3 below).
Step 3: AML / CTF Identification
If a new application form is needed, we will also be required to complete the AML / CTF identification requirements which vary depending on the acquiring investor entity.
For an individual we will need a certified copy of a driver’s licence that has photo identification that verifies name, address and date of birth.

The final step is to mail the original completed transfer form, application form, and certified identification to:
